Certain information may be saved locally on your device to provide the App’s functionality, including:

• Favourite Truth or Dare cards
• App settings and preferences
• Selected vibration patterns
• Feature progress or usage history

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

You can remove this locally stored information by using any reset or clear-data option available in the App or by deleting the App from your device.

3. Vibration and Haptic Features

The App may use your device’s built-in vibration and haptic capabilities to provide vibration patterns selected by you.

These features operate directly on your device. The App does not use the microphone, camera, health data, biometric information, or external devices to operate its vibration features.

4. Device Permissions

The App does not require access to your:

• Photos or videos
• Camera
• Microphone
• Precise or approximate location
• Health information
• Calendar
• Messages

Should a future feature require permission, the App will request your consent through Apple’s standard permission system and explain why access is needed.

5. Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

The App does not use third-party advertising networks, tracking technologies, behavioural profiling tools, or analytics SDKs.

We do not track your activity across apps or websites, and we do not create advertising profiles.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use Apple-provided services necessary for distribution, purchases, subscriptions, restoration of purchases, and basic platform functionality.

When you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.

Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

7. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties.

Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we do not use personal information for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not maintain a server-side database containing user information.

Information stored locally remains on your device until you:

• Delete individual records where that option is available
• Reset the App’s stored information
• Delete the App from your device

Deleting the App generally removes its locally stored data, subject to the normal operation of your device and any backups controlled by you or Apple.

9. Security

The App is designed to minimise privacy risks by keeping feature-related information on the user’s device.

Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we use reasonable technical practices appropriate for an app that does not operate its own user account or remote data-storage system.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App contains mature relationship and intimacy-related features and is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Anyone under the age of 18 should not use the App.

11. Sensitive Information

The App does not require users to submit intimate, sexual, health, relationship, or other sensitive personal information.

Truth or Dare answers and interactions are not transmitted to us. Users should avoid entering information they do not want stored locally on their device or seen by another person who has access to that device.

12. International Users

Because the App does not operate a user-account database or transmit personal information to our servers, we do not intentionally transfer user-created information between countries.

Apple services used for distribution and transactions may process information according to Apple’s own policies and infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality or privacy practices change.

Any updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated within the App where appropriate.
